    Excellent food, reasonably priced, friendly. We enjoyed the pho tai, spring roll and iced coffee. Atmosphere was just ok but we would go back! Cash only.

    Whole in the hall that is a cash-only business. However it has the best Pho broth in Seattle Tacoma region that is slowly cooked all day from scratch with real beef bones and no season packets.

    Soup is good. With restaurant being dirty, I wonder about food safety. They do take debit but that was a convaluted process. I saw them wash soup bowls, which looked little more than rinsing the bowls in different pots of water.

    Pho Bac Cafe first time eating there it was so good and the staff was really nice and helpful i will be back 😊

    Spoons are greasy. All of them. Makes me wonder if they just rinse the plateware rather than washing them properly. Pho is medeocre at best. I feel disgusting after eating here. Oh and cash only....
